Excited to finally be able to share this story. I traveled to Chile and Peru for Afar Magazine last Spring in search of the perfect Pisco. Each country claims it as their own, and many arguments have been had for decades. Like the little blurb on the table of contents, “how many pisco sours does it take to solve the greatest geopolitical debate of our time?” (Ha ha!) I’m Peruvian, so I might be a little biased, of course.
